Sara is a certified Transformational Coach and works with leaders as well as individuals to gain awareness of what they need. Her proven ability to create organisational change includes using her knowledge, influence and leadership to achieve these outcomes. Her enthusiasm focuses on providing an engaging and dynamic learning environment.
Sara is passionate about developing people, teams and strategies. Using psychology and emotional intelligence, Sara sculpts people into the best version of themselves, "I aim to encourage individuals to explore their curiosity and challenge them to think outside the box. At the end of the day, it is about ensuring that they are capable of the best they can possibly be.”
Sara's gift is her ability to relate to individuals from all walks of life. Her teaching style is people-centric, focused on finding the balance between traditional teaching skills and those needed for the modern, digital classroom.
With over thirty years experience in business including; retail, education sectors, store and regional management, national sales management, facilitator, national trainer and now co-founder of The Training Hub.

Keith brings a comprehensive background in education, training, life coaching and facilitating as he is passionate about helping others to grow and develop their own skills. As a knowledge thirsty and well-organized professional, he is dedicated to creating and delivering successful business results through coaching, leadership, practical application and human resource management, "I really enjoy the buzz of facilitation, where a learner is awakened and that light bulb moment creates a lasting enjoyment of education.
Keith is a believer that the 21st century requires innovative learning and teaching methodologies through traditional and advanced technological tools which is why his lessons are always successful.
He is an effective communicator with various audiences. Over the years Keith has given himself a reputation for developing strong stakeholder relationships and a collaborative professional practice model.

Hanna brings a bubbly and passionate personality to the company. She prides herself on having the ability to bring people together in a welcoming setting that enables learners to be the best version of themselves, and achieve results which will both renew and enhance enthusiasm to their careers. Her youthful exuberance allows her to embrace both modern and traditional ideologies and attitudes which is reflected in her teaching skills.
Hanna’s qualifications give her the tools to teach subjects in other life experiences and have also given her a flare for adjusting to various learning styles for different clients.
Teaching academia is a relatively new path for Hanna but her adaptability will allow her to positively embrace her future.
She’s an excellent social communicator who deploys her passion for online media and has the ability to exploit any platform as well as create a performance on the social media stage.
